Currently we do not carry a liquor license. Our packages are pre booked, cash is not exchanged over the counter in exchange for liquor.

We have a selection of bar packages that you can choose from, including one that allows you to provide your own alcohol, our Dry Bar Package. We will walk you through the process of booking our Dry Bar Service.

No, our bars are never out of our sight. We can however offer our dry bar package which includes everything in our standard package but excludes the alcoholic beverages.

Absolutely. We are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced-teas, coffee, mocktails, and more.

POP! Mobile Bubbly and Coffee Bars are based in Edgemead, Cape Town. Travel outside of Cape Town is based on how far in advance you book. If your needs are outside of the Cape Town area, be sure to book us as early as you can so we can plan around your event (additional fees apply). We travel within a 50km radius from Edgemead, however bookings beyond this distance can be discussed on a case to case basis. Please contact us to discuss distances outside of this.

Our Tuk Tuk’s will need to be towed into position or as close to the set up area as possible. We require flat ground for setup and service, access for set-up and break down, (Please refer to our dimensions for accurate measurements) and access to an electrical point for our lights if booked for an evening event.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due two week’s prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless POP! Mobile Bar secures another event for your date.
Once your deposit has been paid, we block off your date in our calendar and may have to turn away other clients, for this reason we do not give refunds.

We do include glassware in our packages, however, you are more than welcome to hire them yourself, through décor rental companies. Keep in mind, that should you hire glassware, your venue staff would need to wash them and restock the glasses to the kitchen. We are not responsible for missing or broken glasses at the end of your event.
